Hello everyone!
Thank you to so many of you who have been calling to check up on me. With all my pain meds, I'm not always lucid enough to talk to all of you when you call. So my family started this blog for me so that everyone had a place to go to get updates on my condition before calling. My friends and family will also be posting on here from time to time. Photos, stories, videos...you name it! So check back soon.
My Twitter updates are shown on the right side of the page right under my photo. My status will be the most accurate there. You can receive my updates right away on your mobile phone by texting "follow PatParisi" to 40404 on your mobile phone.
You can also visit http://twitter.com/PatParisi and sign up for an account to follow me online. I look forward to reading your posts and comments on this blog.

This is a great idea! I'm looking forward to posting and reading others posts as well. And the text message updates are very helpful!
Anyone reading this blog will agree that Pat is an amazing woman. Words really can't express what she means to us all and I hope she knows that. She is truly so very beautiful inside and out. Grama I love with with all my heart...
Michael, you are doing such a great job with Grama. I know this is hard...but your strength is not un-noticed. Thank you for the time, love and energy you are putting into her each and every day. I love you so much :-)
Thank you, Kirah! I love you too.
Hi! This is Linda Stapp from CO-OP. Pat and I have worked together for many years and yes, she truly is an amazing person. We all love her and miss her very much.
Michael, thank you for putting this together. It is awesome.
Thank you, Linda.
Hi Michael, it's Sandra (the make-up artist)from CO-OP. I wanted to thank you for putting up this blog for Pat. This helps because we can look at it at any time. Please tell Pat that I miss her alot!
Hey Michael,
You did an awsome job on this site and I know your Mom would LOVE it. She would be so proud that you did this for her. Thank you for letting all of us follow her thru this. Stay Strong..... I Love You.
Denise
Thanks, Sandra and Denise. I'll pass along your messages. I love you too!
There are times when I just sit and reflect on some of the fun things we did together at work.
Last Halloween, Pat didn't want to participate in dressing up, it's not her thing. But she wouldn't be excluded, that's for sure. She was right there with us, taking pictures and keeping watch so no one could peek while we were getting ready.
She played the role of Mom. (No costume needed for that!) She loved us for what we were doing and she was just so proud of us. I love her for that.
It's that time again. As a team we had to decide if we participate this year. Given the situation we aren't really in the mood. We called a meeting and decided that we are going to do this in Pat's honor. We know that it is what she would want.
Please let her know that we are doing this for her and we're going to win again.
Hi this is Tasha from Coop. I just wanted to say thank you Micheal for putting all the beautiful pictures of Pat I love seeing her smiling and laughing. Your doing an amazing job with your mom, we miss her sooooo... much. Please let her know that we love her and she will be in our prayer. Love Tasha...
Hi Michael, even though I don't really know you but from what I'm hearing you are an awesome person and you are doing a great job taking care of your mom. I know its hard but keep doing what you are doing and God will truly bless you too. I've worked with Pat for about 4 years and your mother is a very sweet and caring lady and she is in my prayers.
Love Bridget
So Linda, you guys are doing nothing for Halloween?! She may not participate in these things but she always loved watching everyone else dress up!
Tasha, thank you for your thoughts.
Bridget, thank you.
~Michael
Hi Micheal,
Yes, we are going to dress up, in Pat's honor.
We do this "covert" style and can't give out the secret of what we are going to be but we'll share pics after.
By the way, love the additional photos!
I can't wait see them, and I'll be happy to post some on here in her honor. She was always the secret-keeper and loved watching everyone enjoy the holiday.
Pat, you looked sooo good when Ginny, Helen, and I had our visit with you. You are sharp as a tack! It was fun reminising about the old Lucky days. Here you are, sicker than a dog and you were concerned about MY fear! I love you for that.
:-)
Our c-a-t did ask about you, Pam!
This is Alicia Leon at COOP. You are in my thoughts and prayers. I stop and reminisce about things we talked about mostly your grandkids and great-grandkids. Thanks for always telling me not to give up and be strong :), Miss you Pat....
Thank you for your thoughts, Alicia.
Dear Parisi Family,
My sincerest condolences go out to your family. Pat will be remembered fondly by so many. Those of us, who met and knew her for even just a short time, know that she was a very special lady.
God bless you all.
Maryann
Thank you very much, Maryann.
